"Bob sold one of my homes in Boardman, OH. He didn't negotiate very hard for me and I ultimately sold the home for about 20% less than what it was worth. Like most realtors, he was after a commission and did not maximize my selling price on the home. Like most, he was after a big commission check for as little work and effort as possible."
